Fix guide introduction video upload problems

1. Confirm your plan and profile are eligible for an introduction video.
2. Check the maintained file type, size, duration and orientation requirements.
3. Confirm the file plays normally on your device.
4. Use a stable connection and avoid switching networks mid-upload.
5. Wait for separate upload and processing stages to finish.
6. Retry with the original or a correctly exported supported file.

If processing remains stuck, do not upload many duplicates. Contact Support with the safe file properties, time, device/browser and displayed error. Do not send the video through an ordinary message if it contains private or copyrighted material.
