Appeal or question an eligible moderation decision

Use the review or appeal action only when the decision notice says it is eligible and the deadline has not passed.

  1. Open the decision or related case.
  2. Review the scope, permitted grounds and deadline.
  3. Explain which part you challenge and why.
  4. Add relevant new information where permitted.
  5. Submit the review request.

Possible outcomes include upheld, modified or reversed. The original decision normally remains in effect unless GuideMeet says otherwise. Repeating the same statement without identifying an error or relevant new information may not change the result.
