“Changes requested” means a moderator identified specific work needed before approval. It is not a public rejection.

- Resubmit it for review.
Do not use resubmission to add unrelated claims or bypass a policy concern. For sensitive incidents, fatalities, safety advice or named-person allegations, provide only what you can responsibly substantiate and expect specialist review.
