Send a direct message to a guide
A direct message starts a private conversation with a guide. It is not a confirmed booking.
This article is for:Travelers
- Sign in and open the guide’s public profile.
- Select Message or Contact Guide.
- Introduce the destination, approximate dates, group needs and the type of guidance you want.
- Review the message and send it.
Do not send passports, passwords, verification codes, full payment details or unrelated sensitive information. Be cautious if someone pressures you to move immediately off-platform, pay through an unusual method or share account credentials.
The guide may ask questions or explain availability. Agreeing in a message does not create a GuideMeet booking status unless the product explicitly provides one.
