Open a guide’s listed Service and review its details, inclusions, exclusions and price basis. Add your dates, group details and questions, then submit. A request does not confirm availability or a booking. Confirm who handles transport, accommodation, permits, equipment, insurance and other costs, and keep a record of agreed details and changes.

Steps
- Open the guide profile and select an available Service.
- Review the description, inclusions, exclusions, duration, group information and displayed price basis.
- Enter the required dates, group details and questions.
- Submit the request.
The request does not guarantee availability, permits, third-party services or a confirmed booking. Ask who is responsible for transport, accommodation, permits, equipment, insurance and other costs. Keep a record of agreed scope and changes.
