Understand the difference between Services and Consultations
Services offer a defined guiding experience or support, such as a city walk, trek support or trip planning. Consultations are focused conversations for advice or preparation. Choose the option that matches what you need. Submitting a request starts the process; it does not automatically confirm a booking.
Before you start
Services describe a defined guiding experience or support offering, such as a city walk, trek support or trip-planning service. A Service normally includes structured information such as duration, group size, inclusions and a price basis.
Consultations are focused conversations in which a traveler asks an eligible guide for advice, preparation help or professional input. They are useful when the traveler needs clarity before choosing a Service or planning independently.
In both cases, a submitted request begins a workflow; it is not automatically a confirmed booking. Availability and transaction behavior depend on the current product.
Guides should use a Service when the deliverable can be described clearly. Use a Consultation when the value is primarily a bounded conversation. Travelers should choose the option that matches the outcome they need.
