What is GuideMeet and how does it work?

GuideMeet helps travelers discover professional local guides through structured profiles and direct communication. Guides can present their experience, destinations, languages, specialties, media, Services, Consultations, Guide Insights and reviews according to their plan and feature eligibility.

Travelers can search and filter profiles, save or compare guides, read relevant Guide Insights and contact a guide through the available messaging or request tools. A message, Consultation request or Service request starts a conversation. It is not automatically a confirmed booking, and GuideMeet does not guarantee a guide’s availability, performance or the outcome of a trip.

Professional guides create an account, complete a truthful profile and pass any applicable review or verification steps before eligible information becomes public. They remain responsible for the accuracy of their profile and for complying with local professional requirements.

What GuideMeet does not mean: A badge, plan or profile position is not a guarantee of safety, quality, availability, income or inquiries. Travelers should review the full profile, communicate expectations and make their own informed decisions.
