Understand why an Insight may be unpublished

GuideMeet may unpublish an Insight when it becomes inaccurate, unsafe, misleading, duplicated, outdated, rights-infringing, seriously reported or inconsistent with policy. Account deactivation may also affect visibility under a distinct recorded reason.

Unpublishing is different from deleting the underlying record. GuideMeet may preserve the content, reports, revisions and moderation history for safety, integrity, appeals, retention or legal obligations.

A report by itself does not automatically unpublish an Insight. An authorized review or narrowly defined reversible emergency hold is required.

If your Insight is unpublished, read the user-visible reason and any next step. Correct eligible problems through the revision workflow or use an appeal path only when the decision is defined as eligible. Do not recreate the same Insight to bypass the decision.
