Apar Gurung

I am Apar Gurung, a trekking guide from the Annapurna region of Kaski, Nepal. I have four years of experience working as a trekking guide and have developed strong knowledge of the trails, villages, landscapes, and mountain environments of the Annapurna region. I specialize in trekking around the Annapurna region, including the Annapurna Sanctuary and the routes leading toward Annapurna Base Camp. Guiding in this part of Nepal has allowed me to become familiar with the different trail conditions, mountain villages, accommodation stops, local communities, and natural landscapes that travelers experience along the journey. For me, guiding is about more than simply reaching a destination. I enjoy helping travelers experience the mountains at a comfortable pace while introducing them to the local environment and communities they meet along the trail. I aim to be supportive, approachable, and attentive throughout the trek so that guests can enjoy their journey with confidence. I enjoy meeting travelers from different backgrounds and sharing the beauty of the Annapurna region with them. My goal is to provide an enjoyable, organized, and memorable trekking experience while helping guests discover both the Himalayan scenery and the local life that make this region special.
