Babulal Tamang

Hello, my name is Babulal Tamang, and I am a professional trekking guide from Nepal. I am 30 years old and was born and raised in Jiri, Dolakha District, at an elevation of approximately 2,300 meters above sea level. I currently live in Kathmandu. I have more than 10 years of experience as a trekking guide. Along with guiding, I am also passionate about photography and work as a birdwatching guide. Growing up in the beautiful Himalayan region inspired my deep connection with nature, mountains, wildlife, and adventure. Throughout my career, I have guided trekkers across many of Nepal's most popular and beautiful destinations. I have successfully guided the Everest Base Camp trek more than 10 times and have extensive experience in the Manaslu Circuit and Tsum Valley, Annapurna Base Camp (ABC), Annapurna Circuit (AC), Dolpo, Mustang, and many other trekking regions. I have also travelled and worked as a guide in North India. My experience exploring different regions of Nepal and India allows me to create customized trekking itineraries based on the interests, fitness levels, available time, and preferences of my clients. With my experience in trekking, photography, birdwatching, and Himalayan travel, my goal is to provide safe, enjoyable, and memorable adventures while sharing the natural beauty, culture, and hidden stories of the Himalayas.
