Barad Neupane

My name is Barad Neupane, and I am a professional tourist guide based in Kathmandu, Nepal. I started working as a tour guide in 2011 and have gained 15 years of experience in Nepal's tourism industry. Over the years, I have developed a strong understanding of Nepal's cultural heritage, historical sites, local traditions, and popular travel destinations. I enjoy introducing visitors to the country's history, culture, and everyday life. My guiding destinations include Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan, and Lumbini. Each destination offers a different experience of Nepal. Kathmandu is known for its ancient temples, traditional architecture, and historical monuments. Pokhara offers beautiful natural scenery and mountain views, while Chitwan is known for its wildlife and surrounding natural environment. Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha, is an important destination for travelers interested in Buddhist history and spiritual heritage. I speak English and Chinese, which allows me to communicate with travelers from different backgrounds. During my tours, I enjoy explaining the stories, traditions, and cultural significance of the places we visit. I believe that understanding a destination involves more than visiting famous attractions. Learning about local communities, religious practices, traditional lifestyles, and historical events helps travelers develop a deeper appreciation of Nepal.
