Bishal Rai

I am Bishal Rai from Okhaldhunga district, near the Everest region, and I have been working as a licensed trekking guide since 2023. I enjoy helping travelers explore Nepal in a safe, organized and meaningful way, while sharing practical knowledge about the trails, local communities and mountain environment. My work as a guide includes helping travelers with trekking permits, transportation, food and accommodation arrangements, as well as assisting with the overall management of trekking journeys. I am comfortable working directly with travelers as well as supporting travel companies and agencies when they need a guide who understands local conditions and trek logistics. I have trekked on routes including the Annapurna Circuit, Manaslu Circuit, Langtang, Annapurna Base Camp, Mardi Himal Base Camp, Ghorepani Poon Hill and Panch Pokhari. These journeys have helped me develop practical experience in route management and working with travelers across different landscapes and trekking conditions. I am friendly, helpful and resourceful, and I like making sure travelers feel supported throughout their journey. I believe trekking in Nepal should be adventurous but also well organized, with attention to safety, local understanding and the needs of each traveler.
