I'm a trekking guide and cross-cultural facilitator based in Nepal, equally at home leading guests through high-altitude trails and helping them make sense of the country beyond the trail markers. Fluent in Nepali, English, and Hindi, I've spent over six years working at the intersection of local communities and international visitors — first as a community coordinator rebuilding schools and a birthing center after the 2015 earthquake, then as an operations manager running volunteer programs for hundreds of people from the US and Europe, and now guiding trekkers through Nepal's mountain regions. What sets me apart isn't just route knowledge, though I have plenty of that from solo treks across the Annapurna Circuit, Langtang, Manaslu Circuit, Gosaikunda, Kori and Gorilla Trek. It's that I treat every trek as a chance for real cultural exchange — translating not just language but customs, etiquette, and the small unwritten rules of rural Nepali life, so guests leave with more than photos. I'm certified in first aid, trained to stay calm and make clear decisions in remote environments, and hold a master's degree in Wildlife, Protected Area Management and Biodiversity Conservation, which shows up in the way I talk about the ecosystems I walk through. Off the trail, I'm just as likely to be found paragliding, canyoning, birdwatching, or volunteering on a school build abroad — someone who genuinely likes being outside and around people, in that order.
