Dinesh Dhimal

Namaste! I’m Dinesh Dhimal, a licensed trekking guide based in Kathmandu, Nepal. I have been involved in guiding since 2012 and have spent many years helping travelers experience Nepal’s mountains, villages, landscapes, and local culture. My guiding experience includes destinations such as Manang, Mustang, Dhorpatan, and Pathibhara, along with other trekking and touring areas of Nepal. I enjoy introducing travelers not only to the natural beauty of the Himalayas but also to the traditions, lifestyles, and communities that make each destination different. I completed professional Trekking Guide training in 2012 and have continued building my practical experience on the trail since then. When guiding, I focus on maintaining a comfortable pace, helping travelers understand the route ahead, and making the journey organized and enjoyable. Whether travelers are visiting Nepal for their first Himalayan trek or returning to explore a different region, I aim to provide friendly local support and share the knowledge I have gained through years of guiding. I am happy to work with individuals and groups and to help travelers discover both well-known trekking destinations and less-visited areas of Nepal.
