Namaste! I am Manraj Tamang, an experienced trekking guide from Nepal with 15 years of professional experience in the tourism and trekking sector. Since beginning my guiding career in 2011, I have developed extensive experience across some of Nepal's most established Himalayan trekking areas. My experience includes the Langtang, Annapurna, and Everest regions. Each offers a different perspective of the Himalayas, from peaceful valleys and forested trails to dramatic mountain scenery and high-altitude landscapes. I enjoy the variety that comes with trekking in Nepal. Routes can pass through remote villages, changing terrain, forests, mountain viewpoints, and communities with distinct local traditions. Over the years, I have gained practical familiarity with the demands of multi-day trekking and the different conditions travelers may encounter in the mountains.
