Bikash Acharya

For the past six years, I have been guiding travelers through some of Nepal’s most beautiful trekking regions. My experience includes Annapurna Base Camp, Mardi Himal, Ghorepani and Poon Hill, Manang, and Mustang. What I enjoy most about guiding is helping travelers experience the mountains at a comfortable pace while understanding the landscapes, villages, local culture, and everyday life along the trail. Every trek is different, so I pay attention to the traveler’s fitness level, interests, walking pace, and expectations before and during the journey. I have experience with both shorter Himalayan treks and longer journeys through high mountain regions. Whether you are walking toward Annapurna Base Camp, enjoying the ridge views of Mardi Himal, exploring the villages around Ghorepani, or traveling through Manang and Mustang, I aim to make the journey organized, safe, and enjoyable. I can assist with route planning, daily trekking schedules, accommodation coordination, trail guidance, and practical information throughout the trip. I also believe that a good trek should not feel rushed. Taking time to enjoy the scenery, interact with local communities, and understand the places we visit is an important part of the Himalayan experience. Based in Kathmandu, I am available for travelers looking for a trekking guide for the Annapurna region, Mardi Himal, Ghorepani, Manang, Mustang, and other suitable trekking routes in Nepal.
