Namaste, Wie geht's. I’m Rajeshwor Manandhar, a licensed cultural and hiking guide based in Kathmandu, Nepal. I have been working in tourism since 1986, giving me more than 40 years of experience sharing Kathmandu Valley with travelers from around the world. My main strength is cultural and heritage guiding. I have extensive knowledge of Kathmandu Valley’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites, ancient temples, historic places, local traditions, and everyday life. I also guide city walks, festivals, and cultural experiences, and I enjoy helping travelers understand not only what they are seeing, but also the history and meaning behind it. Over the years, I have learned that every traveler is interested in something different. Some want deeper historical interpretation, while others are more curious about festivals, local customs, neighborhoods, or daily life. I try to shape each tour around those interests so the experience feels personal rather than fixed.
