Sujan Adhikari

My name is Sujan Adhikari, and I am a licensed trekking guide from Dhading, Nepal. I have around three years of experience working in Nepal’s trekking industry, helping travelers explore Himalayan trails and experience the mountains, landscapes, villages, and local culture of Nepal. I enjoy meeting travelers from different backgrounds and supporting them throughout their journey so they can have a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable trekking experience. My guiding experience includes trekking in the Everest region and the Annapurna region, including Annapurna Base Camp. These journeys have helped me gain practical experience with mountain trails, changing weather conditions, daily trekking routines, accommodation along the route, and the physical challenges that travelers may experience during multi-day treks. I understand that every traveler has a different walking pace and level of trekking experience, so I try to guide patiently and provide appropriate support throughout the journey. As a guide, I want travelers to enjoy more than just the final destination. I like helping guests experience the scenery, mountain communities, local traditions, and everyday life they encounter along the trail. I communicate in English and aim to create a friendly environment where travelers feel comfortable asking questions or discussing their needs during the trek. For me, guiding is also an opportunity to continue learning and building my experience in Nepal's mountains. Whether I am guiding toward Everest or Annapurna Base Camp, my goal is to provide responsible and well-organized support while helping travelers enjoy Nepal's Himalayan environment at a comfortable pace.
