Hello, my name is Sujan Karki, and I am a licensed trekking guide based in Kathmandu, Nepal. I have been guiding travelers through the mountains and valleys since 2021, bringing over five years of hands-on experience on the trails. Over the years, I have led many groups on classic and remote routes across Nepal, including Everest Base Camp, Makalu Base Camp, Panch Pokhari, Manang and Tilicho Lake, Rara Lake, and Dolpo's Shey Phoksundo Lake, as well as numerous day hikes around the Kathmandu Valley. My primary guiding area is the Makalu–Barun region. For me, traveling is more than just a physical journey—it is an experience that engages the mind and soul. I incorporate elements of yoga, stretching, and spiritual awareness into my trekking routines to help travelers relax, stay balanced, and adjust comfortably to high altitudes. Along the trail, I enjoy sharing stories about the local culture, traditions, and spiritual significance of the places we visit.
