Suk Bahadur Ghale

I am Suk Bahadur Ghale, a trekking guide from Dhading, Nepal, and I have been working in the trekking field since 2009. Over the years, I have gained practical experience guiding travelers through mountain environments and helping them manage the daily challenges of trekking in Nepal. I enjoy working closely with guests and helping them experience the Himalayas at a comfortable and suitable pace. My main area of experience is the Manaslu region. I am familiar with the nature of multi-day trekking, changing mountain conditions, local settlements, accommodation along the trail, and the physical demands that trekkers may experience as they move to higher elevations. I pay attention to pacing, rest, communication, and the condition of the people I am guiding throughout the journey. Coming from Dhading and the Ruby Valley area has also given me a close connection with Nepal's mountain communities and rural way of life. For me, trekking is not only about reaching a destination. I want travelers to understand the landscapes, villages, people, traditions, and everyday life they encounter along the trail. I enjoy sharing local knowledge while also giving guests enough time to experience the journey in their own way. My aim as a guide is to make every trek well organized, comfortable, safe, and memorable. I try to remain patient and approachable so that travelers can speak openly about their concerns, pace, or needs during a trek. Whether someone is visiting Nepal for their first Himalayan trek or already has trekking experience, I want them to return home with good memories of the mountains and the communities they visited.
