Trip-support labels are useful only when travelers understand what you do, what another party does and what remains uncertain.
For each capability, explain:
- The task you coordinate
- The destination or activity where it applies
- Which authority or supplier makes the final decision
- What information the traveler must provide
- What fees are included or separate
- How changes or failure are handled
Examples include transport arrangement, accommodation coordination, permit logistics, porter/team setup and assistant-guide coordination. Country-specific terms should be used only in the markets where they are valid.
Avoid “I guarantee your permit” or “transport always available.” Say what you can reasonably do: prepare documents, connect with an authorized provider, request availability or coordinate a team.
Trip support should reinforce a Service description, not hide unavoidable costs. Keep the information updated as rules, suppliers and seasons change.
